HelpDesk+ makes it easy to create a ticket by reacting to a message with an emoji.
How to get started:
Find a message in Slack
Add an emoji response based on your mapping (see below)
Create the request on behalf of the user
Configuring Emoji Mapping
You can map as many request types to emojis as you need to keep your team moving. To configure your mapping - login to your account. After logging in navigate to HelpDesk+ settings
Find the section Slack Emoji Mappings section bottom right of settings page.
Click the link Add Configuration
Choose your service desk and request type and the emoji you want to use.
Click the Save button
You should see your new configuration saved in the table.
Click the Save Settings button
Your channels will now be updated with a summary of your new configuration.
