Keeping tickets in the right status is a key part of keeping your process moving. Good news here is that our bot makes it easy to do directly from Slack.
Using the Slack control:
- When you mention a ticket number, the bot will respond with a summary message.
- Click the "view" button to display the full ticket details.
Select ticket transition status from the options in the dropdown.
Select the desired status value to update the ticket status.
Note: We automatically retrieve the available transitions based on your Jira workflows.
