Keeping tickets in the right status is a key part of keeping your process moving.  Good news here is that our bot provides a few different ways of making this happen directly from Slack

You have multiple options for transitioning tickets.  

  • Use the dropdown associated to each ticket and select Transition
  • Chat with the bot in a channel or private message.

Using the dropdown:

Select Transition from the options in the dropdown.

Select the status and comment (optional) and then click the Transition button or hit enter.

Note: We automatically get available transitions based on your Jira workflows
